Imagine waking to a breathtaking sunrise serenaded by birdsong … that is each morning at El Milagro Diario. Perched upon a bluff overlooking the ocean, an infinity pool and hot tub is within steps. A staircase down to the beach offers ready access to paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear. I can’t think of a grander start to the day! I was fortunate to be a recent guest at this property. Accommodations are luxurious, each guest afforded a private suite. Common areas are both numerous and spacious. Attention to detail to make guests feel comfortable and pampered is obvious. Each space on the property is intentional; windows, furniture, artwork, gardens, paths that weave throughout the property. WOW! It is obvious the owner is a music aficionado. The sound system throughout the property is stellar. Guests can tailor speakers to specific areas with ease. Want music where you dine? Done. Want different music at the beach? Done. Speaking of music, the acoustics downstairs in the entertainment room are unbelievable. I was able to watch a number of Punta Mita Jazz Festival artists rehearse in the space. Holy cow, I was in heaven! Meals are prepared by professional chefs, Valentin and Jenny, who honor guests’ requests. Their posole was fabulous! Property manager Luigi, and his right-hand man Edgar, go above and beyond to meet your every request, whether it is arranging arrival and departure times, tee times to golf, a trip into Punta de Mita, or what time you’d like breakfast. El Milagro Diario is a slice of heaven on Earth.

We stayed at El Milagro Diario when I performed at the Punta Mita Jazz Festival. I normally don’t do reviews, but we were so blown away by El Milagro Diario and their amazing staff that I really wanted to share it with the world. The property itself is nothing less than stunning, literally right above a private beach. You can be floating in an infinity pool watching whales jump out of the ocean right in front of you, insane! The design, workmanship and attention to detail with this property are truly second to none. I have been fortunate to have traveled the world for my whole career and have stayed in some pretty amazing places, but nothing comes close to this experience. The staff is exceptional, Luigi, Edgar, Valentin, I call him (Valen “beans”) as he makes the best beans I have ever had in my life, and Jenny. They are on top of your every need and are just truly wonderful people. And by the way, the food is ridiculous!. Trust me when I say that we did not want to leave El Milagro Diario as it is truly a life changing experience and we can’t wait to go back. I guarantee you that will be spoiled!

The atmosphere provides a level of peace, luxury and rejuvenation that is second to none. 5-Star would be an understatement. 5 stars is just not enough for this place , I would give it 11 for sure. By far our favorite resort /hotel /private residence of love, of all time. Just think of your ultimate environment and location , then imagine you had endless money to create this dream, and I'm sure it would fall short of what they've creating here. wow wow wow, can't wait to return to Paradise found !!!!!
